How can I become who I am with what I have? Can I be anything I want if I just believe in myself enough?

"All about Nothing" sensitises us to the social power structures of a society defined by capitalism and shines a light on the perspective of children and teens living in poverty. By means of language, dance, drawings, projections, music and - last but not least - sound clips of interviews with children and teens, this production maps out the typical biography of a young life in poverty and displays associatively poetic portraits alongside painfully real ones.

"Far from social romanticism or politicised victimhood and based on research with children and teens, pulk fiktion has created a play which chooses not to point an admonishing finger, but instead weaves original recordings and poetic scenes into a haunting reality."
