Prize money amounting to Euro 10,000.00 will be awarded by the Ministry for Family, Children, Youth, Culture and Sport of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.

And in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the festival Penguin `s Days, the audience jury will forgo its typical golden penguin award in favour of a pink jubilee penguin and prize money totalling Euro 1,500.00.
